OUR TRADING ARRANGEMENTS
We offer five flexible trading arrangements to accommodate international buyers, financiers, and partners worldwide.
Cost, Insurance & Freight
Under CIF contracts, the Gold Miners and Sellers Uganda covers the cost of the goods, insurance, and freight charges to deliver gold to the buyer's named destination port. The seller bears all risks and costs until the goods arrive at the destination port.
Free On Board
Under FOB contracts, our association delivers gold on board the vessel nominated by the buyer at the agreed shipment port. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are on board. The buyer is responsible for freight and insurance from that point.
Cash and Carry
A straightforward arrangement where the buyer pays in full and takes possession of the gold immediately. No credit or deferred payment — the transaction is completed on the spot, ensuring fast, transparent exchanges.
Barter Trade
We facilitate barter trade arrangements, exchanging gold for goods, commodities, or services of equivalent value. This arrangement is available for qualified partners and is subject to due diligence and agreement on valuations.
Collateral Arrangement
Our association supports collateral arrangements where gold is used as security for financial transactions. Gold assets can be pledged as collateral against loans or credit facilities, enabling flexible financial structuring for large-scale deals.
